The Rangers are expecting to have the left side of their infield ready to go for Opening Day. Texas shortstop Corey Seager and third baseman Josh Jung are both expected to be in the lineup for the start of the 2024 season on Thursday. Seager underwent surgery on a left sports hernia in January, while Jung has been dealing with a calf issue since February. Both All-Star infielders recorded a hit in the Rangers' Cactus League finale last weekend.
