Star Wars is coming to life in France, sort of, as the Fencing Federation is looking to make lightsaber dueling an official competitive sport. The hope over there is that younger kids who currently sit at home watching Star Wars, playing with Star Wars action figures and playing Star Wars video games will get out and want to be active and play with lightsabers. Currently the federation is working on rules and looking for people to train kids in the sport. AKA they are looking for Jedi Masters to train the next generation.
