The countdown to the Red River Showdown is on! The State Fair of Texas will soon open and fried food galore will be available for all patrons. If you are making the trek to Dallas make sure you plan your fair food menu ahead of time, as the lines for corny dogs and Big Tex Choice Awards winners tend to be longer on gameday. Find out what's new this year and let us know what food you will be trying. Chip and Hardge will be hitting the fair grounds on Friday Oct. 11th before the game for a special broadcast, some Midway games and of course food tasting!
