The scheduled preseason game between the Dallas Cowboys and Houston Texans is being canceled. NFL.com reports the decision was made today so the Texans could help with recovery efforts after Tropical Storm Harvey, and so players could be with their families. The game was originally scheduled for tomorrow in Houston, but then moved to North Texas after the storm struck.
