Jason Garrett is declining to comment on a video showing Ezekiel Elliott being detained in Las Vegas. Garrett told reporters today he is aware of the video involving the Cowboys running back but deferred to previous comments by Stephen Jones. Video posted by TMZ Sports shows police handcuffing Elliott outside the EDC music festival after a security guard fell to the ground. It appears Elliott did lean into the security guard before he took the tumble. Elliott's attorney calls what happened a misunderstanding.
