Texas Lt. Governor Wants PUC, ERCOT Heads To Resign

Texas Lieutenant Governor Dan Patrick wants new leadership at the Electric Reliability Council of Texas and Public Utility Commission. He called for the resignation of ERCOT CEO Bill Magness and PUC Chair Chair DeAnn Walker today saying they failed to prepare last month's winter storms. Patrick also says the pair are not the right ones to leads the agencies due to communication failures. Magness and Walker testified before the Texas Legislature last week.
