Spurs defeat Warriors, 89-75

Spurs

The Warriors were banged up as they fell to the Spurs 89-75 at AT&T Center.  Golden State was already without Steph Curry, Klay Thompson and Kevin Durant when Draymond Green left in the  second quarter due to a pelvic contusion.  Green did not return to the  game.  San Antonio outscored the Warriors by 16 in the fourth quarter to  pull away.  LaMarcus Aldridge went off for 33 points and 12 rebounds  for the Spurs,  who have won four straight to take over the fifth seed in the Western  Conference.  Golden State is three-and-a-half games behind the Rockets  for the best record.  Quinn Cook had a team-high 20 points in the loss.
