Spurs edge Nuggets 104-103

Gary Harris missed a turnaround three-pointer from the left corner as time expired and the Spurs held on to defeat the Nuggets in San Antonio by a final score of 104-103. DeMar DeRozan led the Spurs with 24 points (11-19 FG), to go with 6 rebounds, 7 assists and 3 steals, while LaMarcus Aldridge added 22 points (9-17 FG) and 9 rebounds in the victory. Jamal Murray led the Nuggets with 25 points (14 in the 4th quarter) and 8 assists, while Nikola Jokic finished with 22 points (10-14 FG), 10 rebounds and 6 assists in the losing effort. The Spurs have now won 25 home games this season, marking the 20th consecutive season that the Spurs have won 25+ home games, the second-longest streak in NBA history (POR – 24 seasons from 1974-75 to 1997-98) as they improve to 36-29, while the Nuggets fall to 42-21 on the season.
