Stop Hyping Play of Lamar Jackson & Dak Prescott Against Terrible Teams

Dallas Cowboys v Washington Redskins
Doug Gottlieb: “So, I’m supposed to tell you that Dak Prescott is the MVP and that Lamar Jackson is changing the league and all of our opinions about him are wrong… Lamar Jackson has beaten the Dolphins and the Cardinals; Dak has beaten the Giants and the Redskins… None of those four teams have a win on the season and will all either finish in third or last place in their division. I'm not sitting here doing the 'Haterade' thing; I'm just being realistic. EVERYBODY looks good against the worst teams in the NFL.” (Full Video at Bottom of Page)

Listen to Doug Gottlieb explain why he believes NFL fans and media pundits around the league need to pump the brakes on this celebrated revenge tour of Dallas Cowboys quarterback Dak Prescott, and Baltimore Ravens quarterback Lamar Jackson.

Perhaps the two most polarizing quarterbacks in the league, both players would probably be the two MVPs of their respective leagues if the season ended today.

Both quarterbacks are 2-0 and are one and two in the league in QBR (Dak #1, Lamar #2).

Gottlieb, however, finds it impossible to discover anything remarkably new about two quarterbacks when the teams they have faced are the Dolphins, Cardinals, Giants, and Redskins, are potentially the four worst teams in the NFL in whatever order.

Check out the video below as Gottlieb details why his hype needs to cease immediately unless we see more elite play versus legitimate competition.
