Spurs Pound Nets

The Spurs took control in the second half as they pounded the Nets 118-105 in San Antonio. The Spurs trailed by as many as 11 in the second half, but regained the lead late in the third and never looked back. Patty Mills nailed seven threes and scored 27 off the bench. LaMarcus Aldridge added 20 points and 10 boards as the Spurs improved to 11-and-16. Spencer Dinwiddie piled up 41 points for Brooklyn in defeat. Jarrett Allen added 19 points and 13 rebounds as the Nets dropped to 15-and-13. Brooklyn lost guard David Nwaba to an Achilles injury.
