Mitch Johnson To Lead Spurs As Gregg Popovich Recovers From Illness

San Antonio Spurs Head Coach Gregg Popovich will not travel with the team on the current road trip to Los Angeles and Houston as he deals with an undisclosed health issue that arose just before Saturday’s game. The Spurs will turn to assistant Mitch Johnson as the interim head coach until Popovich can return.
