Tuesday it was announced that the State Fair of Texas would not be taking place in 2020 due to the ongoing Pandemic. As of right now the Texas vs. OU game will still be taking place at the Cotton Bowl. Tim Crowder breaks down the atmosphere of that game and what he thinks it will be like without the Fair going on.
